What happens if I forgot to respond to my introductory email?

Upon purchasing our services, you'll receive an introductory email from your consultant within 5 business days from your initial purchase date. If you forget to respond to this email, you will receive a follow-up email.

If you do not respond to our follow-up email within 3 business days your services will be put on hold for a 1-week minimum. Your services will remain on hold for up to 3 months. If you do not follow up with your original consultant or email us at support@techresumeexpert.com within 3 months, your services will expire.
