What happens if I don't show up to my first consultation?
Upon purchasing our services, you'll be provided with a link to a consultants Calendly account. From there, you can book an initial consultation to discuss your background, career goals, and your goals for this project with one of our consultants.
Your consultant will wait 10 minutes for you to enter the scheduled meeting. If you do not enter the meeting within 10 minutes your consultant will leave and write you a follow-up email stating that you have forgotten to shown up for the meeting.
A no-show constitutes a $50.00 service fee without 24 hours of notice. If you have provided at least 6 hours of notice, you will be granted a reschedule.
Upon no-showing your appointment, you have up to 3 business days to respond to your consultant or your services will be put on hold for a minimum of 1 week. Your services can remain on hold for up to 3 months before expiring. Please reach out to your original consultant or support@techresumeexpert.com to discuss the steps moving forward.
