Upon purchasing one of our services you will receive a contract to sign. Please review the contract thoroughly as it allows Tech Career Expert and You (the client) to conduct business in a timely manner while providing you with a thorough understanding of our timeline, deliverables, etc.
Once the contract has been signed, you will receive an introductory email from your consultant. Your consultant will provide you with a G-Drive link. Please provide your resume, LinkedIn profile links, a photo for LinkedIn, job descriptions, and any other relevant information allowing us to do provide you with the best service possible.
You will receive a Calendly link at this time as well. Please book an initial consultation with your consultant.
After the initial consultation, you'll be able to collaborate with your consultant to revise your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile over Google Docs. You are permitted two revisions. Additional revisions will cost $50.00 CAD + tax.
Your LinkedIn profile will be completed, screenshots will be sent to you from a test profile, and a PDF will be submitted to you to make the changes accordingly. It is against LinkedIn's TOS to login to your profile and complete the changes for you.
Job search strategies, networking strategies, and any other consultations or career coaching will be hosted over Calendly whenever it is convenient to you.
Once your documents have been completed, they will be delivered to you via email and submitted to your G-Drive folders for your convenience.
A final appointment may be held (if included in your service) where we will wrap up any additional questions. You'll receive a feedback form and be requested to submit reviews.
If you've purchased Career Coaching packages, coaching will be ongoing until all of your appointments have been completed. Weekly email check-ins will take place. Our automated jobs service may take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the market.
