No-show and rescheduling policy

At Tech Career Expert we understand that events occur and accidents happen. We can't always be on-time for our appointments due to factors outside of our control. 

With that being said, we value punctuality and prioritize customer experience and customer service. To ensure that all of our appointments run smoothly, we've created the following policy:

How do we define a "no-show"?
A no-show is a client who fails to attend a scheduled consulting call, appointment, or mock interview, without prior notice. If you provide us advance notice of at least 24 hours, you will not be deemed as a no-show and it will not go against your account.

How do we define a "reschedule"?
A reschedule is a client that has requested a reschedule with less than 24 hours of advance notice. If you provide us advance notice of at least 24 hours, you will not be deemed as a no-show and it will not go against your account.

Notice for rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule a consulting call, appointment, or mock interview. Any less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee. 

Policy:
If you reschedule with at least 24 hours of notice, a new appointment will be granted at a time that is convenient to you. If you provide less than 24 hours of notice but more than 6 hours of advance notice, you will be granted one additional new appointment time; future reschedules or no-shows will result in a $50.00 fee. 

All no-shows will be subject to a rebooking fee of $50.00. If you do not wish to pay the fee, this portion of the service (one appointment) will be forfeited. 

This policy is in place to ensure that both Tech Career Expert and You (the client) receive the best possible experience and prompt scheduling for clients and consultants.
